A true one-on-one, in-person consultation with Dr. Steven Gelb — designed to slow down, understand your goals, evaluate your anatomy, answer your questions, and build a thoughtful plan together. Consults are held in New York. Surgery is currently performed in Miami, and New York surgical dates are being actively explored.
We begin with what matters most to you: your concerns, your priorities, your ideal outcome, and what has or hasn’t worked in the past.
Dr. Gelb evaluates your anatomy and discusses whether your goals are best addressed with liposuction, skin-tightening technology, skin excision, revision work, fat transfer, or a combination approach.
Collaborative and clear. You leave understanding what is realistic, what is safe, and what plan makes the most sense for your body.
Immediately after your consultation, the Formari team reviews pricing, timing, and available surgical pathways — your quote before you leave.
This is not a full surgical clearance appointment. It is a focused in-person consultation designed to determine candidacy, discuss goals, answer questions, and clarify next steps. Final surgical clearance depends on medical history, labs, anesthesia review, and formal pre-operative evaluation.
